A no-nonsense, easy-to-follow course created for property owners, managers and their cleaners looking to ensure their properties operate safely when they open.

These protocols have been developed in partnership between the Association of Scotland's Self Caterers (ASSC), The Professional Association of Self Caterers (PASC) and the Wales Tourism Alliance. The protocols are supported by the Tourism Alliance, the Scottish Tourism Alliance and the Wales Association of Self-Catering Operators.

The approved cleaning protocols have been released UK-wide and Jenny was instrumental in their creation. She was approached by ASSC and worked closely with Fiona.

Jenny would also like to thank the DCBN; without their training and network support, these protocol would not be so thorough and robust.

In this course, Jenny explains the protocols in layman's terms making them easier to digest, giving cleaners and hosts confidence to open.

Covid Holiday Let Cleaning Protocols - Jenny Burton

A step-by-step run through the recently published cleaning protocol in light of the Coronavirus pandemic.

This easily accessible is aimed at making the recently released cleaning protocols more accessible and providing hosts and cleaners with the confidence to open safely when allowed.

Jenny was commissioned by the ASSC to research and create a set of robust cleaning criteria in preparation for the self-catering sector to open. Her criteria and protocols have been approved by ASSC and have been adopted nationwide as the benchmark all self-catering operators should and can reach, ensuring safety for guests and staff.

Her guidelines were developed in partnership with the Association of Scotland's Self-Caterers (ASSC), the Professional Association of Self-Caterers (PASC) and the Wales Tourism Alliance. They have been supported and endorsed by the Tourism Alliance, The Scottish Tourism Alliance and the Wales Association of Self-Catering Operators.
